Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Part-Time Sales Executive to support our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals across our service offerings (branding, digital marketing, social media, etc.).

This role is commission-driven with a fixed monthly retainer and an attractive percentage on every closed deal.

Location: Riyadh - Part time

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, corporates)
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Present and pitch the agency’s services to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain a pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within marketing, advertising, or digital agencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Existing network is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
