Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and contracting sector
• Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) products to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) or construction materials sales
• Strong network with contractors and construction companies in Bahrain
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain construction market
• Experience working with major contractors and large-scale projects
