The Machine Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. This role involves supervising machinists and technicians, coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment (CNC, lathes, Bending, Punching, Drilling, grinders, etc.).
Previous experience in Structural fabrication industry
