International Market Manager (KSA)

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven International Market Manager with strong business development capabilities and solid experience in telecom/operator environments in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strategic client relationships, and driving business growth with key telecom customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business opportunities in the Saudi telecom market, focusing on operator clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle (from lead generation to contract signing).
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, supply chain) to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
Support bidding, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations with clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields.
3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Previous experience working with telecom operators in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of telecom industry (e.g., towers, wireless network, IBS, or infrastructure).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong execution and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with major Saudi telecom operators.
Existing client relationships or network within the telecom industry.
Experience in telecom infrastructure or tower-related projects.
