A company based in Jeddah is looking for HR Operations Specialist.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
• Proven work experience of HR Operations department especially in Govt Relations dept.
• Strong Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law (HRSD).
• Expertise in (GOSI - Qiwa - HRDF - Taqat – Muqeem)
• Focus oriented for Issuing & renewal of resident ID.
• Responsible for authentication of all employees’ contracts (New & Renewal)
• Handle NATAQAT, Saudization program.
• Assist in reviewing payroll & uploading in Mudad.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on all requested HR activity.
• Respond to the employee’s queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Personal Visit to work site, MOL, QIWA, AJEER, ZAWIL, TAMM, HRSD, TAQAT, HRDF, COC, MOFA etc..
• Assist with all internal HR related matters.
Qualifications:
• Saudi National Only.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in employees’ engagements.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Must have strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws & updated rules & regulations.
• Must have experience in government platforms.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
• Good Communication skills both written & verbal in Arabic & English.
