Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hiring Manager to join our team at our 3-star hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–1 year of work experience who are eager to build a career in hospitality and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for hotel staff
Post job openings and screen resumes
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain candidate databases and hiring records
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
