. Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans.
. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
. Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and corrective actions.
. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.
. Monitor use of PPE and ensure proper availability and compliance.
