Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
Coordinate with clients/companies for manpower requirements
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Lead and guide recruitment team
Ensure timely deployment of selected candidates
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years experience in recruitment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in handling multiple vacancies
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
