We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry have 10+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
Minimum 10+ years of financial management experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience handling multiple outlets or business units is an advantage
Strong communication and decision-making abilities
Manage cash flow, profitability, and cost control across all F&B operations
Develop financial strategies to support business growth and expansion
Oversee accounting, payroll, audits, and compliance requirements
Prepare financial reports and present insights to senior management/owners
Ensure compliance with Bahrain financial regulations and tax requirements
Improve operational efficiency and financial systems
