Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the chef in daily food preparation and cooking
• Prepare ingredients efficiently, including fast and accurate cutting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support in plating and presentation of dishes
• Help manage stock and kitchen supplies
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment
• Good knife skills and ability to work quickly under pressure
• Basic cooking knowledge
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work flexible hours
Salary & Benefits:
