Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line technical support to customers and internal users via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, POS terminals, printers, scanners, routers, switches, and CCTV systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and basic network equipment.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during support interactions and follow up to convert leads into sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and on-site visits for prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic service agreements.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Provide end-user training and basic documentation for clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets and service KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field preferred.
Salary:
• Salary: BHD 200–250 + sales incentives
