Warehouse packers are responsible for preparing products for shipment by scanning, sorting, packing, and labeling items accurately and securely. They perform quality checks for damages, manage inventory records, and maintain a clean workspace while adhering to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Packing & Preparation: Selecting appropriate packing materials, sealing, and wrapping items to prevent damage during transit.
Quality Control: Inspecting items for defects and ensuring products match the order invoice (SKU, quantity).
Labeling & Shipping: Generating and applying shipping labels, logging shipments, and organizing packages by carrier or destination.
Inventory Management: Keeping accurate records of packed inventory and reporting any inventory discrepancies or shortages.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe workstation, following OSHA regulations, and safely operating machinery such as pallet jacks or scanners.
Efficiency: Working quickly to meet daily, high-volume shipping quotas.

Common Qualifications & Skills:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate packing and labeling to avoid shipping errors.
Technical Skills: Experience with barcode scanners, RF devices, and sometimes forklift operation.
