* *Site Coordination:* Proven ability to lead contractors, interpret technical drawings, and supervise on-site execution.
* *Nationalities Preferred:* Indian, Filipino, Syrian, and Lebanese Egyptians professionals.
* *Location:* Based in or willing to relocate to *Riyadh*.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Developing original 3D concepts and photorealistic renders using your own skills.
* Creating detailed technical drawings and joinery details.
* Managing site teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
