• Expertise in reviewing and preparing workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are meet.

• Expertise in complete Warehouse Operations such as receiving goods, storage, documentation, systems implementation and inside/outside movement; driving (inbound & outbound) logistics operations which encompasses new route identification, fleet management and negotiating with freight forwarders for timely delivery of the materials required
• Proficient in developing and implementing inventory operational standards for staff compliance; utilizing computer systems to electronically track inventory flow, scan stock, and reconcile inventory
