𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
??• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate work among different trades and work crews.
??• Guide and support foremen, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow on site.
??• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
??• Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to different work areas as required.
??• Monitor progress of work and report updates to the Site Engineer or Construction Manager.
??• Assist in planning daily and weekly site activities to maintain project progress.
??• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site-related issues.
??• Ensure workers follow basic safety practices and site rules.
??• Identify potential delays or issues and communicate them to the site management team.
??• Support maintaining good housekeeping and organisation at the construction site.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
??• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
??• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects, with experience supervising site workers.
??• Experience working on building, infrastructure, or civil construction projects.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
??• Good understanding of construction site activities and coordination between trades.
??• Ability to supervise and guide teams effectively.
??• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site instructions.
??• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
??• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
