We are looking for an experienced South Indian Master Chef from Kerala or Tamil Nadu, specializing in varieties of Porotta (Parotta) and varieties of Dosa.
Location: Al Hassa, Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience
- Must be from Kerala or Tamil Nadu
- Expert in Porotta varieties (Kerala porotta, Malabar porotta, coin porotta, etc.)
- Expert in Dosa varieties (Plain dosa, Masala dosa, Ghee roast, Rava dosa, Set dosa, etc.)
- Knowledge of chutneys, sambar, and South Indian tiffin items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Must have Local Transferable Iqama
