Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, pre-cooking) before and during service hours.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment at all times.
Fully comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory and report shortages or required supplies.
Minimize food waste and optimize resource usage.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and service team.
Adhere to work schedules and perform efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
Contribute to menu development and suggest new dishes when needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Turkish cuisine.
Good knowledge of traditional and modern Turkish dishes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Must be of Turkish nationality.
