Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our vehicle maintenance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the car mechanical industry and the ability to manage and supervise workshop activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities
Inspect vehicles and diagnose mechanical issues
Ensure high-quality service and safety standards
Manage and guide a team of mechanics
Plan and schedule maintenance work
Maintain records of repairs and services
Requirements:
Proven experience in car maintenance or mechanical work
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
