Company Overview:
We are a leading company specializing in LED screen solutions and facade lighting systems, delivering innovative digital display and architectural lighting projects across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to manage and support our technical infrastructure and specialized display systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support LED screen control systems and software
• Handle media servers, video processors, and content management systems for LED displays
• Support facade lighting control systems (DMX, DALI, and other lighting protocols)
• Ensure smooth integration between hardware, software, and network systems
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely
• Implement data security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and installation teams
• Provide technical support during project execution and client handover
• Maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and project setups
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, preferably in LED display or lighting industry
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs) and system administration
• Experience with LED display technologies, video processors (Novastar, Colorlight, etc.)
• Knowledge of lighting control systems (DMX, DALI, KNX is a plus)
• Familiarity with media servers and AV systems
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments and cloud services
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
• B Tech, Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or relevant technical certifications
• Experience in large-scale digital signage or architectural lighting projects
• Knowledge of automation systems and IoT integration
• GCC experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia
