designee the item code and system
Monitor daily food and beverage costs
Calculate menu item costing (recipes & portion control)
Track inventory and stock levels and posting in the system and close all balances monthly basis
Conduct daily/weekly stock counts
Analyze variance (actual vs. theoretical consumption)
Control wastage, spoilage, and theft treat in the system
Review supplier invoices and purchase orders
Coordinate with kitchen, store, and purchasing team
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
