Job Responsibilities:
Perform villa and building plumbing and electrical maintenance, and central units, split ubits ac repair tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Good technical knowledge in Central ac units plumbing, electrical.
Driving license is required
Working Hours & Benefits:
8 hours duty per day
Friday holiday
Salary: 250 plus accommodation
