Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Coffee Machine Technician to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of coffee equipment, from premium domestic bean-to-cup machines to professional-grade espresso systems.
Required Brand Expertise
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and previous experience with the following brands:
Super-Automatic/Domestic: De'Longhi, Nespresso, Philips, Jura, Sage/Breville.
Commercial/Professional: Sanremo, Nuova Simonelli.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, descaling, and deep cleaning of machines.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Repair and replace components (pumps, boilers, grinders, control boards).
Calibrate machines for optimal extraction and temperature.
Conduct onsite installations and customer training on machine care.
Manage spare parts inventory and service logs.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of technical experience specifically with coffee machinery.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of pressure systems, thermal stability, and electronics.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and professional communication skills for client interactions.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
