Experience: 3 Years in Recruitment
Salary: 3000-5000 AED
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
Identify prospective candidates using diverse channels (LinkedIn, professional networks, databases).
Interviewing & Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Relationship Management:
Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and provide guidance on talent market trends.
Negotiation & Closing:
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and closing candidates.
Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, background checks, and candidate communication.
Database Management:
Maintain updated recruitment databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track progress
