JOB RESPONSIBILITES FOR INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL :
 Stated in Responsible for the supervision of Instrument & Control team department in execution of
assigned work, making sure that all procedures and checklist the assigned Job Order are strictly followed
and completed and that all required data and information are provided.
 Conduct analysis of plant’s operational data to ensure that reliability and efficiency requirement are met.
 Managed Approvals on project drawings and documents (as built drawings, control narratives, cause &
effect sheets etc.) and handed over to the base plant.
 Maintenance and troubleshooting work for package Instrumentation, PLC RS LOGIX 5000
(Allen Bradley), Factory talk views (SCADA).
 Establishing Profibus (PA & DP) communication between PLC and Field devices.
 Troubleshooting & Configuration of Profibus PA fields’ device using of SIMATIC PDM software.
 Establishing Modbus communication between Master (Modbus) and Field devices (Slave).
 Scanning, downloading and uploading Modbus program.
 Field Instrument (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, etc.) preventive maintenance, corrective
maintenance, breakdown, shutdown. Condition based maintenance and troubleshooting work.
 Hand on experience in leak detection system and BTU meter.
 Installation & commissioning of instruments, loop checking, Calibration and punch point clearance.
