Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and helpers on-site
Plan, assign, and monitor daily carpentry tasks and activities
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Ensure all carpentry work is completed accurately and on schedule
Inspect work to maintain quality standards and compliance
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Monitor material usage and request supplies when needed
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Train and mentor junior carpenters and helpers
Requirements
High school diploma or technical certification in carpentry or related field
Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Senior Carpenter
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site plans
Leadership and team management skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Physically fit and capable of working on-site
