Position: Pastry Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Department: Pastry Production
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare cakes, desserts, pastries, and bakery items following company standards.
• Support daily pastry production and ensure product consistency.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs during operations.
• Control wastage and follow portion standards.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and food safety compliance.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years pastry kitchen experience.
• Strong knowledge of baking and dessert production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
