Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of proven infrastructure project experience in storm water, sewer networks, and roads within GCC countries
Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety compliance, and project execution
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
