Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced International Chef specializing in buffet-style cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing a variety of international dishes with excellent presentation and finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a wide range of international buffet dishes (continental, Asian, Middle Eastern, etc.)
Ensure high-quality food presentation, garnish, and finishing
Plan and execute buffet menus for events, restaurants, or catering services
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and appearance
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients
Requirements:
Proven experience as an International or Buffet Chef
Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines
Expertise in buffet setup and food presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and team management skills
Culinary certification is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
Creativity in food plating and decoration
Experience in hotels, catering, or large-scale kitchens
Ability to handle live buffet stations
