Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Managing inventory of office supplies, handling incoming/outgoing mail, maintaining tidy reception areas, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Secretarial Support: Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and taking minutes.
Communication & Correspondence: Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Documentation & Records: Filing documents, maintaining digital/paper records, and preparing reports, presentations, or invoices.
Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors, and assisting with event logistics
