1. Quantity Surveyor (Cost & Procurement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Perform detailed cost estimation for:
- Finishing works
- Mechanical works (MEP)
- Electrical works
- Prepare and manage project valuations, progress claims, and cost reports.
- Monitor project progress and analyze cost performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market prices and construction materials.
- Handle procurement processes including:
- Requesting quotations (RFQs)
- Analyzing and comparing supplier offers
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate material purchasing and ensure timely delivery.
- Apply Value Engineering techniques to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Architectural background preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of local market prices and supplier networks.
- Proven experience in procurement and cost control.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and estimation software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
- Ensure timely project delivery in line with approved schedule.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports and progress claims.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee project documentation including Submittals, RFIs, and reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve technical and execution issues.
- Monitor project schedule and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Ensure quality control and completion of all outstanding works.
- Manage fast-track construction projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and contracting.
- Proven experience working with contractors on execution projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
