• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for accurate cost inputs.
• Monitor and maintain vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and cost comparison sheets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project timelines, and client requirements.
• Assist in contract negotiations and technical clarifications during bidding.
• Track project costs and update cost databases for future estimations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in steel fabrication and erection project estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, STAAD, Tekla Structures, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of steel materials, fabrication processes, and erection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
