The main purpose of the Manager - QA/QC Corporate to lead and oversee the Corporate QA/QC function across all company projects by ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, approved standards, and ISO 9001:2015, while driving quality assurance, audit compliance, continuous improvement, and consistent QA/QC performance across all business units.
• Bachelor in Engineering, or any relevant field, Masters preferred.
• Qualified ISO9001 & ISO 4001 Lead Internal Auditor.
• Experienced in the ISO compliance and certification process.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in QAQC in a comparable sized operation, must work in Corporate.
• Experience in the Middle East is a strong plus, mostly preferred Saudi Experienced
• Manage the development of KSA national employees across the function within the project to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and lead the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance.
• Manage and conduct the affairs of the team with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices.
• Track KPIs for the QA/QC team and devise plans and initiatives for improvement.
• Lead the day-to-day responsibilities of the project QA/QC team in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and meeting the approved budget.
• Manage the responsibility for all QA/QC activities within the assigned project.
• Support the Corporate QA/QC Manager in analyzing and monitoring the performance of project QA/QC team against schedule and reflect in monthly and quarterly project review meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC deliverables schedule is updated based on identified project risks and mitigation plans.
• Support in maintaining the company’s quality certifications.
• Ensure QA/QC policy is put in place to minimize hazards.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC legislation, regulations, rules, standards, and requirements.
• Coordinate with all parties for the execution of periodic audits related to QA/QC.
• Audit, maintain, and improve ESEC’s Quality Management System on project sites.
• Monitor and inspect all activities related to project quality
