- Supervise and monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Review shop drawings and project specifications, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or conflicts with design documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to address design and construction-related issues.
- Approve materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Review project execution plans to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards, construction issues, and quality concerns.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, including clarification of specifications and installation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress updates, change orders, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including implementation of safety protocols and incident reporting.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
