*****Shift Incharge******
Min 3-5 years experience in STP or SWRO as Shift Incharge
1. To handle Shift activities and responsible for Plant Operation (SWRO / STP).
2. Support and supervise Operators - for equipment operation, chemical handling, Records maintaining.
3. Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrument technicians for isolation, maintenance, and normalization of treatment system/equipment.
4. Ensure Safety at site in all activities - by operators, technicians.
5. Co-ordinate for PTW - permit systems
******Field Operator*******
Min 2 years experience in STP or SWRO as Operator
1. To take care of field equipment operation.
2. Responsible for the assigned area / treatment system.
3. Communicate clearly about the field condition to Shift Incharge.
4. Maintain field operation records.
5. Ensure Safety at site in every field activities.
*******SCADA Operator******
Min 3 years experience in STP or SWRO as SCADA Operator.
1. To take care of plant operation through SCADA.
2. Maintain all forms of records - operation, fault, Isolation, PTW.
3. Communicate clearly with field operator, shift Incharge and SCADA/PLC engineers for any SCADA/auto operation issues.
*********Technicians (Instrumentation)**********
Min 5 years experience in STP or SWRO as Technicians.
1. Should support testing and commissioning of various instruments make of such as Siemens, Hach, and Endress+Hauser, Allen Bradley as well as water quality instrumentation, analyzers, and SCADA/PLC systems.
2. Perform calibration, maintenance, and repair water and quality instrumentation, analyzers and control equipment (flow meters, analyzers, transmitters, sensors, etc.).
3. Instrument loop check, Logic check and Valves Storke check.
4. Should coordinate with operator and technician for equipment, pumps, valves, and chemical feed systems, testing, commissioning isolation, maintenance/troubleshooting.
**********Rotary/Millwright technicians***********
Min 5 years experience
1. Perform Precision alignment (Laser/dial), levelling, and grouting of rotating machinery.
2. Assemble, dismantle, maintenance, and repair of rotary equipment such as pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, and gearbox to ensure maximum efficiency of operation and the elimination and wear.
3. Verification of alignment and repair machinery and equipment according to drawings and documents.
