Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook shawarma (chicken, beef, or mixed) according to recipes and standards
• Marinate meats and ensure proper seasoning and flavor
• Operate shawarma grill and slicing equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a shawarma chef or similar role
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team
• Good understanding of food safety standards
• Flexible with working hours (including evenings and weekends)
