Online Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and support tickets

Resolve user issues related to listings, accounts, and payments

Guide users through posting ads and using premium features

Maintain customer satisfaction and response time standards

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Urdu)

Basic knowledge of computers and internet

Previous customer support experience preferred but not required

Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection

Available for flexible hours (including weekends)

Preferred:
Experience with classifieds or e-commerce platforms

Knowledge of Saudi and Pakistan markets
