Guide users through posting ads and using premium features
Maintain customer satisfaction and response time standards
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Urdu)
Basic knowledge of computers and internet
Previous customer support experience preferred but not required
Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection
Available for flexible hours (including weekends)
Preferred:
Experience with classifieds or e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of Saudi and Pakistan markets
