Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and guide housekeeping staff (room attendants, public area cleaners, linen staff)
* Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and public areas to ensure 5 cleanliness standards
* Ensure rooms are properly cleaned,
arranged, and ready before guest arrival * Prepare daily staff duty rosters and assign
work areas
* Train new housekeeping staff according to hotel SOPs
* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
* Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
* Maintain stock of linen, towels, guest supplies, and cleaning materials
* Report maintenance issues to engineering department
