Possessing excellent man management skills in the operations, I can direct manage and supervise all planning and scheduling activities. A. proactive and competent HSE Management professional, Road & infrastructure work & Road Maintenance, Civil Construction and oil & gas & Petrochemical. professional with an enriching experience of over 21 years with reputed companies as HSE Manager & HSE Engineer in the KSA, Qatar and UAE. A skilled HSE planner & trainer with proven success in establishing, implementing, enforcing, monitoring, and reviewing HSE plans, policies and procedures which is suitable and sufficient for the business and construction industries. Proficient in resolving any kinds of issues solved during the implementation of plans and procedures. Thorough knowledge on current HSE legislation as per the ISO 45001, EMS: 14001, QMS: 9001 & Qatar Construction Specification QCS2014) as well as the international standards requirements. Work expereince such as SAUDI ARAMCO & SABIC STANDARD. Also well work experience and Implementation of KAHRAMAA (Qatar Electricity), Lusail Real Estate Development Company. Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and programs. Align HSE strategies with corporate goals and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and industry standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare for audits/inspections. Risk Assessment and Management. Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSAs). Identify potential hazards and implement control measures. Develop emergency response plans and safety drills. Training and Awareness. Organize HSE training for employees, contractors, and management. Promote a safety culture through awareness campaigns and regular briefings. Incident Investigation and Reporting. Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Identify root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Maintain accurate records and report incidents to authorities as required. Environmental Management. Establish HSE objectives, policies, and performance indicators. Advise senior management and the board on HSE matters. Create and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures. Ensure policies comply with local, national, and international regulations. Develop programs for hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident prevention. Monitor changes in HSE legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
Advice senior management & Contractor regarding HSE legislation requirement and changes, coordination with various departments to implement HSE management system in the organization. Ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceed the standards set by the organization, client, and consultants. A Bilingual communicator and team player with excellent leadership capabilities within the management and multi-cultural workforce in the organization. Abilities to manage multiples projects under different clients/consultants and to work under pressure to achieve the targets.
