We are seeking experienced and proactive MECHANICAL and ELECTRICAL Foremen to join our team for several high-profile projects in Baqaiq. If you have a proven track record in MEP installation, site supervision, and leading technical teams to success, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day mechanical or electrical installations, ensuring work aligns with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technicians and laborers to meet daily production targets.
Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and ensure all installations meet high-quality benchmarks.
Coordination: Collaborate with project engineers and other trades to prevent site clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track material usage, and report progress to the Project Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP projects, with at least 3 years in a Foreman/Supervisory role with at least diploma.
Technical Skills: * Mechanical: Deep knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
Electrical: Expertise in LV/MV cabling, lighting, fire alarm system, and panel board installations.
Location: Currently based in Saudi Arabia (preferred) with a transferable Iqama.
Communication: Ability to read technical drawings and communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus).
