Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage and lead staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Control operational costs and support business performance
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
