We are looking for a skilled and passionate Curry Chef to join our team at a fine dining Indian restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preparing authentic Indian curry dishes and maintaining high-quality standards.
**Requirements:**
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Curry Chef in an Indian restaurant
• Expertise in preparing traditional curries (Butter Chicken, Masala, etc.)
• Knowledge of spices, sauces, and curry base preparation
• Ability to maintain consistency and quality in high-volume service
• Experience in fine dining presentation is preferred
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a team and handle kitchen pressure
• Must be available to work in Riyadh
**Responsibilities:**
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curry dishes
• Ensure food quality and taste consistency
• Manage curry section independently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Assist in menu development when required
