Required Manager For Hotel Construction

Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Hotel Project)
We are a leading construction company currently undertaking a prestigious hotel development project. We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead this project to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of hotel construction from planning to handover
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Resolve technical and operational challenges on-site
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 15+ years of proven experience in construction projects, with at least 5 years in hotel or large-scale commercial projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
