We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems efficiently
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Support Microsoft Windows environments and basic server administration
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups
Assist in network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and service logs
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus tools, and remote support tools
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting and IT security practices
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Mandatory Criteria:
Must be currently in Bahrain
Must be available for immediate joining
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
Experience in supporting business IT environments
Valid Bahrain driving license is a plus
