Recruitment Assistant

Job Summary

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will assist the HR & Recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining recruitment records. You will act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers and help ensure all recruitment activities comply with Bahrain Labour Law requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job portals.
Source and screen candidates through CV review, phone interviews, and candidate databases.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment documentation.
Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular recruitment updates to HR team and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
Solid knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and recruitment practices in Bahrain.
Experience posting jobs and managing applications on Indeed and other job portals.
Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight timelines.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain (must have valid Bahrain work authorization).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude.
