Job Summary

As a Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attract top talent, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. You will work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs across departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through online channels, job boards (including Indeed), and social media.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
Draft and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Stay updated on labor law changes and HR best practices in Bahrain.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law.
Experience using job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, and local recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
