As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for the organization. You will work closely with department heads and HR leadership to meet staffing needs efficiently and legally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law.
Experience posting jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid Bahrain work authorization.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
