Junior HR Executive

Job Summary

The Junior HR Executive will support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic knowledge of labor regulations in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job portals.
Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Maintain accurate records in the HR system or applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support HR team in employee documentation, HR reporting, and recruitment analytics.
Assist with employee engagement and HR-related initiatives.
Ensure all recruitment and HR processes comply with labor law and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and employment regulations.
Experience using Indeed or other recruitment platforms is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Requirements
Immediate joiner and locally available in Bahrain.
Valid work authorization in Bahrain.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Professional, detail-oriented, and team-oriented attitude.
