• Deliver HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Develop safety training materials and programs
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and international standards
• Maintain training records and competency matrices
• Support risk assessments, PTW systems, and incident investigations
• Promote safety awareness campaigns across project sites
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Environmental / Civil / Mechanical or similar)
• 10+ years of HSE experience in construction projects
• Proven experience in safety training (5+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in hotel or high-rise projects is an advantage
Preferred Certifications
• NEBOSH (IGC / Environmental)
• IOSH (Managing Safely / Train the Trainer)
• OSHA Certification
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
