Preparing and pricing high-value new government tenders and projects, including submitting accurate and competitive food proposals, to maximize the chances of winning projects while enjoying the company's diverse benefits packages.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
- Professional certifications in project management or cost management are preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing and tendering.
- Proven experience in:
- Construction and renovation projects.
- Maintenance and Operations (O&M).
- Experience with government projects is preferred.

Essential Requirements (Important):
- Practical experience in the Gulf region, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of government procurement and tendering regulations.
- Experience using the Etimad platform.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi market costs (salaries, government fees, materials, etc.).
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and costing skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate and competitive pricing.
- Understanding client needs and translating them into a suitable offer.
- Analytical and tactical pricing thinking.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
