Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be locally based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities, manage campaigns across various channels, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels (social media, email, SEO, events, advertising).
Oversee brand positioning, messaging and promotional efforts to enhance market presence.
Monitor campaign performance and track key marketing metrics to optimize ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective planning and execution.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, including coordinating with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
Drive customer engagement and brand loyalty through creative content and community marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing strategies (2+ years or more, depending on level).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Experience with campaign analytics and performance measurement.
Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
Immediate joiner currently residing in Bahrain.
